About RED SALON
The RED SALON story begins with family. In 1970, in the south of France, our founder Gauthier's father started his career as a stylist, going on to build his name as one of the region's most respected stylist and salon owners. Gauthier grew up inside that world, learning the craft and the business side by side with his dad. In 2014, at just 20 years old, Gauthier decided to take the adventure overseas and carried that legacy across the Atlantic, opening his first salon right here, in Miami: RED SALON, a name born from that family legacy.
Nearly a decade later, in 2023, father and son were reunited: Gauthier's dad, Michel, made the move to Miami, joining him at RED SALON, bringing the family's story full circle, together again.
Today, RED SALON is home to a team of trained professionals and talented stylists, united by one goal: high professional standard and customer service.

Michel
Master StylistA master stylist with decades of experience in precision cutting, color, balayage, and highlights, Michel was named best young stylist in a France–Italy competition at just 17 and became a member of the prestigious Haute Coiffure Française. By 22 he had opened his first salon, going on to build a network of up to seven salons across the South of France and a long-standing partnership with L’Oréal Professionnel. In 2023, he joined his son in Miami, bringing his expertise to RED SALON.
Adrien
Master StylistPassionate about hairstyling since 15, Adrien built his craft across photography sets, film, and live shows before mastering bridal hairstyling and hair extensions. He’s trained in Tricotherapy, cutting with a traditional Japanese Tantô blade to stimulate the hair bulb and help regulate hair loss, with over 15 years of experience in color and balayage across France and Miami.
Daniel
Master StylistWith over 20 years in the industry spanning Buenos Aires, New York City, and Montreal, Daniel is licensed in both New York and Florida. His true passion is color, blonding, and balayage, and for over a decade he has served as a Color Artist and Educator for L’Oréal Professionnel.
Anna
Master StylistBorn in Ukraine and trained at the Aveda Institute in Chicago, Anna brings over 18 years of experience in luxury salons to Miami. She believes in continuous learning and giving every client her full attention, from a fresh cut to a complete transformation.
Jason
Master StylistOriginally from Nice, in the South of France, Jason brings over 10 years of professional experience and training from a leading French hair academy. He specializes in precision haircuts, balayage, and color, tailored to each client’s features and lifestyle.
